“We have loved living in our house and have many happy memories of entertaining in the open plan lounge/dining room. Whilst it's a bungalow, we feel it's more like a little American-style house; we love the veranda and had new windows fitted in 2022 which add to this. We enjoy gardening and landscaped the garden (including a new fence) in 2021, which gives the property a lovely secure outside space to relax. This has been perfect for our dog and daughter to play in. We also converted the garage and found the separate office space invaluable for working from home. Columbia Road is a really convenient location for getting to Bournemouth and Poole, and our neighbours are really friendly. We also have Slades Farm park only 5 minutes walk, which is great for dog walking. Winton is also only 30 minutes' walk, and has lots of nice coffee shops and places to eat”

Ideally located for the popular shops, restaurants and cafes of Winton High Street, convenient for all needs and amenities. Bournemouth Town Centre is approx. 3.5 miles away with its array of shops, beaches and transport links including bus and train services. Slades Farm Park is also within walking distance which is a great space to enjoy or walk the dogs.
