Holding Deposit: £500 per property which is fully refundable against the initial invoice.

Security Deposit: a sum equivalent to one and a half months&#39; rent.

Tenancy Agreement Fee: £150 per property.

Tenant Reference Admin Fee: £50 per person applicable to any resident aged 18 and over.

Inventory Checkin Fee: The tenant is liable for the cost of the checkin fee by Simmons and Sons’ independent inventory supplier.
