This property benefits from being on the Ground floor with its own entrance and you are first greeted by this lovely modern Fully equipped kitchen with window overlooking The Green and Beachfront, everything here for all your self catering needs. Then through to this lovely bright lounge with views across Lancing Green and glimpse of sea views and has modern furnishings. Lounge also has a sofa bed suitable for 1 child or 1 adult (please let us know on booking if this is required so bedding can be provided, this is £25 per night). Bedroom has double bed facing to the rear of the flat. Modern fitted bathroom with bath and shower attachment over.

This property is located on the main seafront road A259 and it is approximately a 15 minute walk to Lancing Railway station with its direct London links. There is also the number 700 coastliner bus on your doorstep that can take you to Worthing, Littlehampton and into Brighton the other way. Nearby you have shops, supermarket, cafes, pubs and restaurants in Lancing high street. We highly recommend the Perch café and Perch Gym which is a short walk opposite the flat lovely place to eat or have a walk along the Promenade. Lancing is a great place to kite surf and paddle boarding and nearby is the Wide Water Nature Reserve in Shoreham. There are plenty of beautiful villages and towns nearby to visit such as Arundel and Chichester.
