The mains water, private drainage, council tax and broadband are included in the monthly rent. The tenant pays the electricity bill which is on a submeter.
The property is offered fully furnished and for just a 6 month let initially, there is a possibility that it could be for longer if required.

Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
