Property description & features

  • Tenure: Freehold
Mark Holloway of Propertynest is delighted to bring to the market this three double bedroom, terraced property conveniently located in Blackwater.

On the ground floor this property boasts a sizeable lounge with a large under stair cupboard, eat in kitchen, utility room and access to the garage.

To the first floor can be found a large landing leading to three double bedrooms and a nicely fitted family bathroom.

With gardens front and back and access to the garage there is plenty of scope to increase the parking area. Situated in a cul de sac there are alleyways making it convenient to get to local schools and stores as well as local doctors surgery.

Blackwater itself is a small community located on the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire borders and has a wealth of local amenities. There are two supermarkets, a popular gym and pubs.

The Meadows is only a short drive away and provides access to Super stores including Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Next. A little further on and you come to the town of Camberley which provides a plethora of restaurants, shops and a large cinema complex. Blackwater railway station gives access to Gatwick in one direction and Reading in another from where you can go into London Paddington.

The M3 enables travel into South West London as well as Basingstoke and the South West. The A30 is also easily accessible. London Heathrow is only a 35 minute drive and the M25 is also within a 30 minute drive.

Hawley Pre School and primary school are close by as are Frogmore Junior and Infant schools. The highly thought of Potley Hill Primary School is also a short drive away. For senior education Frogmore provides secondary education as does Yateley School with the latter also providing a small sixth form campus. For a wider choice of sixth forms you have Farnborough Tech and sixth form available by car or bus.

Private education is also available as nearby you can find Yateley Manor and further afield Wellington College. There are other educational establishments available.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on February 29, 2024

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on February 29, 2024

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 7, 2011 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.

Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.

    *Call rate information

Calls to 0843 numbers will be charged at 4p/min from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may vary, and calls from mobiles and outside the UK will be higher. Calls to local numbers beginning with 01, 02 and 03 numbers will incur standard geographic charges from landlines and mobiles.
