The beamed family area opens into the main sitting room which is located to the south of the house and is triple aspect with a feature brick fireplace. The dining room has a feature fireplace and built-in dresser unit and opens into a conservatory with doors opening onto a south westerly terrace. The study is to the front. The kitchen/breakfast room provides a homely hub to the house and is comprehensively fitted with a matching range of Shaker style wall and floor units with granite style worktops. There is also a generous inner hall with access to the utility room and a cellar.

On the first floor there is a principal bedroom with a dressing area and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has en suite bathroom with views over the garden. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside
The house stands in grounds are about half an acre. The garden and terrace are very pretty and the terrace over looks lawn with attractive stocked borders and a feature pergola plus a swimming pool.

The house is approached through a five bar gate from a large gravelled driveway with parking for several cars and there is a double carport and garage. There is also a useful outbuilding which is separated into two stables.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
