Sellers Story - As soon as we viewed our home over 22 years ago, we knew it would be a lovely family home for us to raise our children. The perfect semi-rural location with a local school, two parks, shops close by and the woods on our doorstep.
No need to jump in a car to reach outdoor space, the woods are literally around the corner and are great for walks with dogs; adventures with children; or just a nice stroll.
Our favourite rooms in the property are the light spacious master bedroom and the open plan large family/kitchen diner which has proved to be a fantastic family space, as well as a great room for socialising. Another great space to socialise is our large air-conditioned/heated garden room which we use as a cinema room. The room opens up onto the private quiet garden, lots of spots to sit and relax without being overlooked.
The area has a real village community feel, people are so friendly, we have made some great friends. We will be very sad to leave our home where we have raised our three children. It’s time for the next chapter in our life but we will most definitely be staying in Binley Woods. We hope the new buyers have many happy years here, just as we have.
