Founder Vivien Horder established the Estate Agency in the mid 1980&#39;s, progressing the company shortly thereafter in to lettings thus offering a complete property service. An admin/set up fee will need to be paid once a suitable property has been found in order for us to process your application. We only charge tenants once and make no other hidden charges or end of tenancy costs. For a single tenant it is £220.00 VAT Inclusive or for joint tenants £300.00 VAT Inclusive. The fee covers all referencing, drawing up of contracts, investing the deposit and carrying out the final inspection.Any amendments to a contract after the start of a tenancy will be charged at £30.00 VAT Inclusive e.g. change of name, joint tenancy to sole name or visa versa.
