This pre-owned Carnaby Ashdale static caravan presented in lovely condition throughout and offer superb value for money.  Located on a park that is halfway between Tenby and Saundersfoot on the Pembrokeshire coastline.

In the kitchen you'll find ample storage space within the Ashdale's mid-Oak veneer kitchen cabinets together with; gas hob, oven and grill, integrated eye-level microwave and full size 60/40 integrated fridge freezer. The subtle colour scheme follows perfectly into the dining and lounge area where you will discover the homes super large corner sofa across the front of the large bay window (which also houses a metal frame double bed, ideal for occasional use when those extra friends rock-up to stay the weekend), upholstered in a light beige which perfectly compliments the same light beige bench seating around the dining table.


The light and airy lounge features an attractive designer inset electric flame effect fire with storage shelves below.  Above the mantle is a wall mounted mirror and to the right a small cupboard sitting next to a corner unit supporting the TV, with shelving below.


Walking down the home past the kitchen to the rear you'll find the first of the two bedroom.  First to the left you'll discover the 2nd bedroom, set out with two single beds with upholstered headboard and an over-the-bed set of cupboards and open shelves.  At the foot of the bed is a tall wardrobe, with a shelf to the side, power socket and space for a mirror.


Opposite this room is the family shower room. A large double shower cubicle with sliding glass door is equipped with a wall mounted shower and corner unit.  A pedestal ceramic hand basin and a modern push button flush toilet which has been mounted in the corner to gain that extra room.  You also get a cabinet above the sink and a venetian blind on the window.


At the rear of the Ashdale you'll find the incredibly spacious master bedroom which boasts similar attractively furnished with curtains and soft furnishings to those in the lounge and other twin bedrooms.  There's an over-the-bed twin set of cupboards and shelving, as well as a corner chest of drawers, the top of which doubles as a dressing table and a large double wardrobe with hanging space.
