Property 

As you enter the property you are greeted by the porch which is an excellent place to store all yours and your housemates shoes. As you go walk into the hallway, you will see the first bedroom on your right. This is the largest bedroom in the house and has lovely big bay windows giving the room plenty of light throughout the day. The downstairs shower room is to the right as you walk out the main bedroom. This comes with a toilet, sink and a large shower.

Next to the shower room is the kitchen/diner, which has beautiful wooden flooring and wooden cabinets. To the left of the kitchen is another bedroom looking out over the front. This bedroom will comfortably fit a double bed and multiple storage cupboards. The conservatory gives the kitchen a lot of light and really brightens up the house, from the conservatory there are stepping stones so you can walk into the garden.

As you go upstairs, to your right, is another bedroom looking over the front of the property. This bedroom again would comfortably fit a double bed, to the right of this room is another shower room, with a toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms are located on the left side of the house. One overlooking the garden and the other with lovely bay windows overlooking the front.

 

Location 

The property comes with on road parking, and is located off of Winton high street with just a 10/15 minute walk to campus. The property is also situated close to main bus routes to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Winton high street has many coffee shops, as well as Lidl, Waitrose, and many other shops and restaurants.
