LOCATION

Montgomery Drive is situated on the Northern fringes of Tavistock.  If you have children of school age Tavistock Primary and College is within walking distance.  The town centre is also within a relative easy walking distance.  Close by is a children's play park, perfect for younger children to play.  The play park is a great place for kids in the area to let off their energy and have fun in the evening.  Nearby within this development are also two open green areas, a cracking place to walk the dog or get some fresh air.
