We currently look after around 140 properties across Derby with the core of these being student properties located around the university campuses. The business has grown organically through reputation and we are now widely regarded as one of the best student accommodation providers in the city. We are expanding the professional private side of the business and are interested in talking to any private landlords who are looking for an agent who cares.
