Perkyns, With Milk, Pasero and Forks & Green have kept me fuelled with great coffee and delicious pastries and Downhills Park is perfect for our daily walks.
The flat itself was my first home, and I'll be sad to leave, if I could pick it up and relocate it up North I would.
Location;
The property is surrounded by the local amenities on West Green Road, with a mix of independent shops alongside Sainsbury's and a large Tesco on Seven Sisters Road.
The ever-changing area has seen several delis and coffee shops open, including Pasero, Perkyn's and Forks & Green Brasserie and Cafe.

Downhills Park is less than a 5-minute walk away, with tennis courts open to the public, a Cafe that hosts events all year round, and generally a great place for a walk or run.

Stansted Express from Tottenham Hale makes the airport easily accessible.
