The property comes bills inclusive of your rent.The house is perfect for Nottingham University students as it is within walking distance to the Jubilee Campus and Nottingham Park Campus. Bus routes are close by to take you into Nottingham city centre. There are also a number of pubs and shops a 30 second walk away on Lenton Boulevard.
