Lakenheath is a rural village located approximately 16 miles from the town of Newmarket, and 16 miles from the town of Bury St Edmunds. The land lays north of the village in a compact block.

From Mildenhall head north out along the A1101 to Littleport. At the roundabout take the second exit to Holywell Row, and continue on Eriswell Road. Turn Left on to the B1112 to Lakenheath. Continue north through Lakenheath for approximately 4 miles. Then take a right towards Station Road, continues on this road until you reach Willow Grove Farm. Method of Sale
The land is offered for sale as a whole by private treaty, offers are invited. However, the right is reserved to sell the property without such a procedure.
