Our apartments are pet friendly and available unfurnished to suit your needs or offered with a curated furniture package including bed(s), sofa, dining room table and chairs.
We have 24-hour maintenance available, a dedicated team on-site and secure entry systems. Secure parking is available to lease on a month-by-month basis.
*The fine print:
1. Images are reflective of the SHOW APARTMENT, so styles and layouts may vary. We have a range of apartment layouts and sizes available, please get in touch to arrange a viewing.
2. Pets - monthly charge per pet. Limited to certain pets. Subject to approval and license agreement.
3. Broadband - monthly charge and some conditions apply. 400mbps upload and download - £40pcm / no upfront costs - obligatory with every apartment (term aligned with tenancy).
4. Parking - subject to availability, monthly fee of £75pcm per vehicle, and subject to license agreement.
5. Furniture packs - we offer bed(s), sofa, table and chairs only for rent - these items are as presented in the show flat (no choice). Cost to rent furniture- £150 per calendar month for a 1 bed, £200pcm for a 2-bed apartment and £250pcm for a 3 bedroom apartment.
