The bedroom is fully furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mini-fridge, desk and chair. There is a TV connection and CAT 5 Broadband socket. The en-suite has a thermostatic shower.

Rent includes all bills; this covers a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener. The cleaner is also available to clean tenant rooms for a small charge.

All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards met. When re-furbishing the house, good quality sound proofing materials were used.

The house, Westmount, is in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a good location within a short walk of Parkstone Railway Station, bus stops, convenience stores and the bars and bistros of Ashley Cross.
