A 15 minute walk to bbc bristol, bristol royal infirmary bri, bristol zoo gardens, bristol university and it is very close to all the local greenery of the downs (great for dog walks and views of the suspension bridge) as well as all the local restaurants and shops along whiteladies road and chandos road.


the flat has two bedrooms. The master bedroom, includes a king size bed and leads out to the terrace towards the back of the house. The second bedroom is smaller and has a double bed.


the living room area is light and spacious with a tv and we also have an amazon echo doc (alexa) which can be used by simply asking her to play whatever you want!


the flat has fibre optic broadband which works well throughout the apartment.


the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and fridge freezer.


the terrace to the back of the property is for your use, however the garden does not belong to us and so this area would be strictly off limits.
