Initial fees:

Referencing
and tenancy set up will be charged at £250.00 plus VAT for the first applicant
and £100.00 plus VAT for each additional adult over 18 who will be residing at
the property and any guarantors.

 In the event
of you deciding against renting the property or failing the reference checks,
the above fees are non-refundable.

 Prior to
moving in to the property: On signing contracts and collecting keys we will
require one month’s rent, less the £250.00 holding deposit, this being your
first month’s rent payment, and a security deposit to be lodged with a secure scheme,
of six weeks rent. The security deposit is returned at the end of your tenancy
subject to all rent being up to date and the property being of the same
