Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
Cancellation- 1 – 89 nights, a cancellation may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival. 90+ nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
