Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required

Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

Check-in is at 2:30, check-out is at 11:00. Key Box Collection

Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property

Cancellation – 7 days notice prior to date of arrival no charge, less than this 1 night for stays 6 nights or less, 3 nights for stays 7 nights and over
