A Wonderful Place to Call Home. Living in this flat for the past four years has been nothing short of perfect for us. One of the biggest advantages we found is its prime location and the very low maintenance and ground rent fees compared to other flats in the local area. We love how close it is to both London and Brighton, making it perfect for our weekend getaways and activities. Being only 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport is also extremely helpful, especially as one of us works there and we are both keen travellers. The Three Bridges train station is just an 8-minute walk away, and we can reach the town centre in about 10-15 minutes on foot, which is incredibly convenient for our daily needs. As nature lovers, we appreciate being near Tilgate Park and several others like Worth Park, Southgate Park, and Three Bridges Football Fields. It's fantastic for walking our dog and enjoying the outdoors. Plus, having supermarkets and shops nearby makes our errands so much easier. (truncated)
