Every individual applicant applying for a property will need to pay a fee of £200 inc VAT per property. Couples who have been living together for more than 9 months will need to pay a fee of £300 inc VAT per property. Guarantors will need to pay a fee of £100 inc VAT per property.These fees will cover the referencing per tenant ( identity, immigration &amp; Visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation ( amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement. If your application is accepted subject to references and then you either fail the referencing process or withdraw your application once the referencing process has commenced, no part of your fee will be returned.If your application is accepted the Deposit will be equal to one months rent along with the first months rent payable in advance. Your Holding Deposit ExplainedThank you for your interest in this property. Before your application can be fully considered, you will need to pay to us a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent for the property you are interested in.Once we have your holding deposit, current legislation stipulates that the necessary paperwork should be completed within 15 days or such longer period as might be agreed.
