“In 2014 we decided to move from our home in Shropshire to South Devon to be closer to family members. Upon doing so we looked around and decided that Torbay was to be our area of choice, with the family close at hand and this location enabled us to live by the sea. We searched the area for a suitable property and when we stumbled across this lovely bungalow set on the Livermead hillside we knew that we had found our new home. The property was set in a tranquil location, provided us with well-proportioned accommodation and adjoining the established woodland to the rear was ideal. We have spent many a day enjoying walks through either Scadson Woods or Cockington Woods and down through Cockington Village, or alternatively down along Torquay’s picturesque seafront. Having enjoyed 10 very happy years living here in Torquay we now feel that time is right for us to return home to Shropshire to resettle with further family members who will look after us in our latter years!”
