Here's what our client loves about her property… During our 5 years staying in this flat we have found it a lovely space for creating memories. The views from the top floor have been spectacular, we have loved watching the seasons change from up high. The flat itself feels spacious and comfortable, and has lots of natural light. Our lovely neighbours in the close, and the shops below, are very proactive in maintaining and caring for the building and shared garden. The neighbourhood is so warm and has a great sense of community. Its a wonderful centre point for accessing the city but has a lovely suburban feel to it. The amenities nearby such as a number of shops and the beautiful local park just a street away has made for easy living, as well as the numerous transport links right on the doorstep made visiting Glasgow city centre simple.
