The apartment is really modern, super spacious and has a lovely open-plan layout. My absolute favourite feature is the massive kitchen island and everyone who visits can’t help but compliment it, I’ve had loads of comments saying the place is "Instagrammable". The private parking space and visitor parking are a brilliant convenience as well. The location is ideal, with quick and easy access to the city centre. Plus, it's still classified as a new build (under 20 years) and is part of a lovely housing development, featuring a mix of townhouses and larger homes with garages. It’s a nice area for a walk, and they even have a dog walking group, which is dead cute and made me feel very welcome!
