All of our bedrooms at X1 Chapel Street are double beds with ensuite bathrooms. Apartments share a kitchen and living space which is fully furnished inclusive of a microwave, kettle, and toaster & a large TV. Freeview TV is available in every bedroom.
There is an onsite gym for private residents use. The building also offers an on-site laundry service and secure bike storage. Security work in the building overnight 7 days a week.
Our student accommodation here at Chapel Street couldn’t be more perfectly positioned, with great travel links to both Salford Central and Victoria station. It’s the perfect base whether you’re studying at Manchester Metropolitan University, The University of Salford or The University of Manchester.
All of our DOUBLE ENSUITE rooms come fully furnished and comprise of a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair along with LCD TV in every room. Each cluster flat is shared between 4, 5 and 6 people; with each bedroom coming with a separate en-suite wet room.
Only the living and kitchen areas are communal within each cluster.
You’ll also find an on-site gym available for all tenants to use 24 hours a day, along with an on-site laundry room which has recently been upgraded – meaning you can check on the status of your wash from the comfort of your own room. There is a communal courtyard, so when Manchester does receive some sun there’s some outdoor space for you to enjoy.
All bills are included except your TV License, so you don’t need to worry about any additional costs with your stay at Chapel Street.
Living in an X1 property will mean that you will enjoy regular social events organized throughout the year.
Throughout your tenancy you will have a dedicated Account Manager to answer any queries you may have during your stay with us.
There is a £250 deposit which is entered into a government protected scheme (DPS). Or you can opt for Reposit. priced at the equivalent of one week’s rent which is non-refundable.
