LEASE: The property is available on an initial twelve-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy which may be renewed if all parties are in agreement. The tenant will be responsible for the interior up-keep of the premises. No smokers. No Pets The rent is to be paid monthly (in advance) by standing order.
APPLICATION INFORMATION: There are no application fees for this property. We require photo ID for all adults living at the property (including dependents over 18) and visas if you are not an EU Resident. The deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent and will be protected by MyDeposits. Alternatively, a zero deposit scheme may be available, please ask for details.
HOLDING FEE: Once you have filled out your application a holding fee will be required to secure the property until your move in date. This will be equal to 1 weeks rent. Should your application be successful it will be deducted from your first month's rent.
