Set in a small cul-de-sac on one of the established estates in Maiden Erlegh, this deceptively spacious family house has just been redecorated and is available for immediate occupation, subject to the usual administration.
The location is particularly convenient, being not far from the local district centre, where there is an Asda superstore, Marks & Spencer's food hall and other various shops and amenities, as well as a leisure centre.
Bus services very nearby run into Reading town centre where the main line railway station offers services on the Elizabeth Line, to Paddington, and also to Waterloo which run through the nearby Earley Railway Station.
The M4 motorway can be accessed either at Junction 11, where there is also the A33 south to Basingstoke, as well as Green Park and its new railway station; or at Junction 10 where London then lies approximately 40 miles away and Heathrow Airport approximately 28 miles away.
Please note that the garage is excluded from this tenancy and therefore access to the rear garden is only through the main property itself.
