TENANCY FEES LIST     1) Holding deposit    A refundable holding deposit to reserve a property capped at no more than one weeks rent.  2) Tenancy deposit    A tenancy deposit capped at no more than 5 weeks rent for tenancies where the annual rent is less than £50,000.
