the first 12 years (from 2023) you have the right to re-sell your holiday caravan on Park.
the licence agreement with the park is based on the Code of Practice of the BH&HPA and NCC; and details everything for subletting, ending your term, and the responsibilities of all parties.
The new owner will pay annually the park pitch-fees, plus the electricity and gas used. The Springs is licensed only for holiday-use, and as such the owner will need have another residence elsewhere with a current Council Tax bill. The park operates for 10 months of the year; and is closed from the first week in January to the first week in March.
Sub-letting the lodge is not permitted; however, this does not mean your family and close friends cannot use it.
