The road our property is on is peaceful and we arrive at the property, taking the steps down from street level. There is also permit parking on the street. Our door is the first one and we are greeted by under stair storage perfect for outerwear or to store bulkier items. The carpeted stairs begin to the right and turn to the left twice to take us to the first floor.
At the top, turn left and there's a window looking out to what will be the side of the building and over the rest of the street. A door opens to a deep storage cupboard sitting above the stairs.
The next door, opposite the top of the stairs, leads us to the first bedroom. With windows to the rear, there's a good amount of space here and is easily a double room with plenty of room for furniture. There's also an alcove type area in one corner which would be perfect for a small desk or dresser unit.
Back in the hall, the door next to the stairs leads to the bathroom, with tiled flooring and walls, toilet, sink, bathtub and wall-mounted shower unit. There are glazed windows to the front of the building and a heated towel rail. Opposite the bathroom is a small cupboard for utilities.
This cupboard sits in between the two bedrooms, and the second is another good-sized double room with views to the rear. There's inbuilt storage here behind some glass panelled doors with patterns on them and there's plenty of room for furniture with a large bed.
Before we reach the door at the end, there's another cupboard offering storage space. Step through the end door to find the living room, with gorgeous wooden flooring and a large window to the front of the property. This is a large room with plenty of light and is a natural hub for the apartment.
At the back of the living room is a door to a cosy kitchen. A sleek and modern room with lots of floor and wall level storage, a gas hob and oven under an extractor fan, washer/dryer, wooden worktops and a door to a small balcony overlooking the back garden. This offers another place to enjoy the nicer days.
Back to the ground floor and out the front door, there's a gate leading to the back of the property. Through this we have outdoor storage cupboards, an area for the bins and, if we follow the path down, a good-sized garden. There's a large grass area with a path to the side and a lot that can be down if you like to spend time outside.
