The reason for the re-brand was down to some re-structuring in the ownership of the business. Here at Avenue Estates we like to be as honest and transparent as we possibly can, so below you can find a breakdown of any and all fees and costs that you will be responsible for paying before, during and after your tenancy. As well as paying the rent and security deposit, as agreed in advance, you will also have to pay the following:  BEFORE YOU MOVE IN: TENANCY AGREEMENT/HOLDING FEE	£252.00 (inc VAT) Contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreements  REFERENCE FEE	£90.00 (inc VAT) Per tenant processing the application and referencing.
