Located in a more peaceful area of Leeds on a quiet road, you are in an ideal spot, whilst still being within easy reach of the City Centre. There are a few shops and cafe's on your doorstep but for more choice you can head in to the city centre which is just a 25 minute walk along the river or a short drive/bus journey
