Fees apply Letting fees information If you apply for a property we charge an application fee of £50.00 per applicant to cover our referencing costs. If a guarantor is required there is a £25.00 guarantor application fee to cover our referencing costs. The successful applicants who move into the property pay a one off single process fee of £150.00 paid when moving in.
