The property is in a fabulous location with only a 10/15 minute walk to the university and very close to Winton high street. Winton high street offers various amounts of shops including Lidl, Waitrose, Iceland as well as many others and many restaurants/coffee shops. The house is also located near main bus routes into Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
