DESCRIPTION Shaldon Retreat is situated within the Coast View holiday park in the popular village of Shaldon. The site has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa, and restaurant that is open year-round. The lodge is immaculately presented throughout, with breath-taking views across Teignmouth to Lyme Bay.

As you enter the holiday lodge, there is an entrance hall with a radiator and doors to the main rooms. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is beautifully appointed with a range of integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and wine fridge housed in a central island unit. The lounge and dining areas have double patio doors that lead out to the terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning views.

The master bedroom is spacious and has fitted wardrobes, which lead to the en-suite. This shower room has a double shower cubicle, 'his and hers' wash basins built into vanity units, and a low-level toilet.The second bedroom is also a double and includes fitted furniture. The master bathroom features a modern shower bath with a mains shower and a circular wash basin set within a vanity unit with cupboards beneath and drawers to the side. There is also a utility room off the hallway that includes a washer and dryer.

Outside the lodge, there is a large wood and glass-enclosed terrace where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. A driveway next to the lodge allows for off-road parking.

Please keep in mind that this is a holiday lodge and can only be used as a second home.
