The House

 Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a comfortable zip link bed which is configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request

 Bedrooms 3 have a comfortable double bed

There a sofa bed in the living room which can be set up with bedding upon request

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower and there is an additional family bathroom as well as a downstairs WC in the property

The property is conveniently located with a grocery shop and a number of restaurants and fast food shops located only 3 minutes walk away. There is also a large Lidl supermarket 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk away

How to book with Livinc

Submit an enquiry – use the form to the right and a Livinc Agent will contact you within 24 hours confirming availability and a bookable quote. Please check your junk mail if you’ve received no response

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required

Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

24/7 Check-in

Payment –Stays less than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days after check in Stays greater than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days of each month block. E.g. 1st to 30th Sept 2023 (payment to be made by 1st October 2023), 30th Sept to 30th October 2023 (payment to be made by 30th October 2023)

Cancellation- 7 days notice prior to arrival and 30 days notice once in house
