DESCRIPTION
The land is permanent pasture and is suitable for grazing. It has previously been used to graze sheep. A small portable corrugated metal shed is situated on the western side of the land. Access is via a five-bar gate off of Falmer road, with a small area suitable for parking one medium-sized vehicle.
