With an onsite spa (complete with treatments, indoor swimming pool and state-of-the-art gym, restaurant, animal feeding, toddler play areas and outdoor pool, there’s plenty to keep you or your guests coming back for more.

Situated close to the North Coast of Cornwall, the award-winning Whalesborough has everything a holiday home owner could want; more than 450 acres of countryside to explore, fantastic onsite facilities including a spa, swimming pool, gym and restaurant, as well as fantastic repeat trade and competitive rental yields. You can also meet and greet with the on site farm animals.

The South West Coast Path is just minutes away from the resort where you can stridge out and discover the rugged beauty and beaches of the Cornish coastline. Meanwhile, the 18 mile Camel trail is a popular and a mostly traffic free cycling route that starts in nearby Padstow.

The site is situated just a few minutes outside the coastal resort of Bude with its beautiful Summerleaze, Crooklets and Widemouth Bay beaches.

Despite the stunning location, Whalesborough is an incredibly easy place to find and drive to. Situated around 20 minutes from the A30 (which is the main link road into and out of Cornwall), you or your guests will be able to use main roads all the way to your holiday home. If you’re travelling internationally, the nearest airports are Newquay (30 minutes to the West) and Exeter to the East (around 50 minutes).
Travelling from the centre of Bude head south along the A39 in the direction of Camelford. The main entrance for the the resort can be found on the right hand side after about 2 miles.

Established in 1924, Webbers estate agents are a national award winning, independent estate agency, voted in the Top 3 estate agents in the UK for customer service in 2014. We have 16 West Country offices for residential sales & lettings in North Devon, West Somerset, Exmoor and Cornwall. Our exclusive Fine & Country marketing enables us to put our property in Park Lane, right in the heart of London, offering fabulous market exposure. In addition, with specialist departments for Commercial Property, Survey & Professional and New Homes, we deliver a comprehensive property service, with an enviable reputation as professionals in property. Bude is a popular coastal resort located on the North Cornish coast, nearing the very northerly border of Cornwall into Devon.  This part of the coastline is extremely rugged with very high cliff tops and tucked away coves.  The best known beach in the area is Widemouth Bay, just to the south of Bude, which is a lovely sandy beach ideal for surfing.  There are two sandy beaches within very easy reach of the town centre called Crooklets and Summerleaze respectively. Bude has a historic past with the Canal and lock gates being an important part of the heritage of the town along with Bude Castle which is now a gallery, museum and restaurant.  The canal side has just been rejuvenated with new businesses opening and the town's library is also located there.  Bude was a prosperous Victorian seaside resort with the trains and canal providing access to and from Exeter.  Bude still is a town by the sea rather than a seaside resort, so although we do have a busy tourist period, the town remains vibrant with many things to do for all age groups throughout the year.

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
