Bedroom 1 has a comfortable zip-link bed which is configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request.Bedrooms 2 and 3 has a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor and has two comfortable double beds

There are two shower rooms in the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.The living room has a sofa bed which can be set up with bedding upon request

How to book with Livinc

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required

Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

24/7 Check-in

Payment –Stays less than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days after check in Stays greater than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days of each month block. E.g. 1st to 30th Sept 2023 (payment to be made by 1st October 2023), 30th Sept to 30th October 2023 (payment to be made by 30th October 2023)

Cancellation- 7 days notice prior to arrival and 30 days notice once in house
