SECURITY DEPOSIT: If you are not able to take up occupation within seven days, you will also need to pay a ‘Goodwill’’ or Holding Deposit’ equal to the Security Deposit. This money is not an additional charge and is deducted from the total money due to be paid before occupation. Should you fail to take up tenancy, you will normally lose this money.
