Directions
From Penrith take the A6 south to Eamont Bridge. In Eamont Bridge turn right at the mini roundabout signposted Pooley Bridge (B5320). Continue on this road through the villages of Yanwath and Tirril. Upon entering Pooley Bridge take the left hand fork junction. Follow this for 1/4 of a mile and turn left up the hill. The entrance to Hillcroft Park is on the left hand side.

LPG powered central heating with electric, water and drains being connected. Neither these services nor any boilers or radiators have been tested by ourselves. Electricity and LPG is supplied and charged by the site owners. Water is included in the site fees. A gas check/service will be carried out prior to completion of the sale.
