Successful purchasers will have six months to obtain planning permission, which they will be responsible for, and a further 18 months for completion of the building works.

Location

The plots are location just off Millers Road in Welford-on-Avon. Welford-on-Avon is a popular village approximately four-and-half miles from Stratford upon Avon and close to the North Cotswolds and Evesham.
