TOP SECRET - This is one of South East London’s best kept secrets. Less than 1 minutes walk from the DLR. A concierge service that is ruthlessly efficient. A gym on site. Underground car parking (if you want it at extra cost). The communal corridors are always impeccably looked after. And we haven’t even mentioned the flat itself!!
The flat is wonderful. It is spacious. It is well maintained. It has a patio (which officially is communal but nobody else uses it so effectively it is yours to use as you please). There is a gym on site (around £ 30 for an induction - for safety reasons).
The flat is light, bright and airy. There is actually very little to say about it except that it is incredibly convenient and comfortable. Take the typical journey - Elverson Road to Canary Wharf - 14 minutes. When you come home, 45 seconds to get to the concierge from the DLR stop. Pick up any packages. Another 30 seconds to the door of your flat. Get changed, back out and to the gym, which is 30 seconds away. You look in the fridge and as usual it’s bare. Just 50 metres to the right of the front door of the building is a convenience store open early until 11.00 pm for all those essentials. A 400 metre walk away is a late night Tesco and its a big one so you can do your weekly shop there and there’s a filling station if you are still driving a petrol vehicle. You get the idea.
The transport connections are worth mentioning. The DLR to Lewisham is just 2 minutes away. Then you can pick up trains to London Victoria (to pick up the Gatwick Express), London Bridge (to pick up trains to Luton and the Airport) and also the DLR to City Airport.
The flat has full use of the development's facilities including gym and concierge service which is included in the rent.

"We really enjoy being here. What attracted me was the fact that wherever I had to be for business or pleasure, it was so easy to get places, quickly. The difficult bit was planning which route to take as there were so many options!! I could easily access every London Airport, Eurostar, even driving to Dover was easy from this side of London. You’re on the A2 and A20/M20 in a few minutes. Central London is so easy to get to for the theatre, shopping and central London entertainment and as the DLR runs very late, it is easy to get back home. There is even a night bus service to Lewisham if you are out really late.’

‘What can I say. We intended to stay for 12 months and now 12 years later it is time to move on. We found the flat really convenient. The flat is so close to Greenwich historic town centre and Blackheath and Lewisham for more local entertainment. We really recommend the Comedy Store in Greenwich.
