In February, 1997 Blain Firmin moved to The Broadway in Southgate with a further to move to the current prime location premises on Southgate Underground Station in August 1999. Since those early days back in the late nineties the company has expanded with Jonathan being joined by a staff of ten and specialising primarily in both Residential and Commercial sectors of Sales, Lettings and Property Management with the recently opened addition of a Probate Valuations department.
