SETTING UP YOUR TENANCY - ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCY Holding deposit (per tenancy): Once you have chosen a Property a non-refundable reservation fee of One Weeks Rent is required which enables us to hold the property for you subject to contract and satisfactory references.
