We brought this house because we wanted to create our dream family home and that is exactly what this is for us, blood sweat and tears have gone into turning this run down house into a beautiful family home. Our children have loved growing up here, the garden is such a good place for them to go out and escape, plus there is enough space throughout the house for everyone to get their bit of peace if required. The house is really flexible and can be utilised in different way, we love entertaining so the pool table and large open plan living space is great for us. We have off road parking for three cars but the bus stop is a short walk and their are buses every ten minutes to Brighton which is great. The kids can walk to school too which is perfect for their independence. We never envisaged leaving here but circumstances have led u to this really difficult decision to sell our family home.
