Originally established in St. Asaph back in June 2002 as REB Letting to provide a management service for friends and family, the business quickly developed a very good reputation and word of mouth recommendations enabled the business to grow to a point of needing larger premises. Since our move to Rhuddlan in 2004 the business has grown significantly - requiring a move to an even larger office in 2005. We have since rebranded from REB Letting to Simply Estates and now successfully manage a large portfolio of rental property. Our mission is to offer a personal and professional service to all our clients with the primary focus on professional advice &amp; information and a high standard of service.
