SELLERS’ INSIGHT

The views across to Dartmoor at the front were definitely the first thing that appealed to us then we saw the views over the fields and down towards Teignmouth too.

The house has been great for our young family but would suit anyone with plenty of living space and good sized bedrooms with a modern feel and big windows to take in the always changing views.

It is a peaceful cul de sac but still close to everything we have needed. It is only a short distance into town and really close to the A38.
